Darrell Welch, 16722 Highway 15, Vidalia, LA. I was first elected to the Board of Directors in 1984. I presently serve as Board President. I earned a Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from NRECA and have served as both Treasurer and Vice-President in past years, I am originally from Missouri, but now reside in the Deer Park area where I have farmed since 1968, raising soybeans, cotton, and even catfish. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and collecting Indian artifacts.

Treva Welch, 976 Hwy 126, Jonesville, LA. I have been a resident of Catahoula Parish since 1966. I am married to John Welch and together we have six children, fifteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. I am retired form the Catahoula Parish School Board where I was employed as Secretary at Jonesville Junior High School and later for the Special Education Department. I was appointed to the board in 1999 to complete my late husband, Oscar Williams’, term. In April 2000, I was elected to continue serving on the board. From NRECA, I obtained my Credentialed Cooperative Director’s Certificate and my Board Leadership Certificate in 2003.

June Plunket, 156 Spring Creek Road, Jena, LA. I am a retired school teacher and have served on the Board of Directors since 1994, and was then selected to be the new Secretary/Treasurer and currently hold the office of Secretary. In 1997, I received my Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate by attending training courses offered by NRECA. I am married to Bennie Plunket, a retired oil industry foreman, and we have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Kenneth W. Ford, 200 Uncle Johnie Road, Jonesville, LA. I am a sewer systems contractor, serve as a Board Member of the Sandy Lake Water System and I am also a member of Sandy Lake Pentecostal Church. I am married to Libby Ford who is a Catahoula Parish Police Juror and school bus driver. We have three children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. I have served the Cooperative as Board Director since 1994, holding the office of Secretary for the first three years and currently hold the office of Treasurer. I have received the Credentialed Cooperative Director’s Certificate from NRECA.

W. B. “Bill” Cockerham, 817 Old Jena Rd, Jonesville, LA 71343.
I have been a resident of Catahoula Parish since 1959. I am a Korean War Veteran and was a barber for 25 years and a farmer until 1995. I serve as a deacon of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and also serve on the Sandy Lake Water System Board. My wife, Mary Helen and I have two children and two grandchildren. I have served as a Board Director since 1997 and currently serve as well on the Louisiana Rural Electric Association Board as its Vice-President. I have received both the Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate and Board Leadership Certificate from NRECA.

DAVID J. COLE, My wife, Opal, and I have four children and we live at 185 Cole Warren Lane, Jena, LA. I was first elected to the Board of Directors in 1995 and received my Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate in 1998. I served on various committees over the years and currently serve on the Board of Directors of Louisiana Rural Electric Association. I retired in 1994 as District Manager for Petrolite Chemical Sales. I enjoy raising cattle, gardening and traveling in my RV.

BOBBY RAY EWING, I live at 133 Ewing Road, Jonesville, LA 71343 with my wife, Flonnie. I have four children and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I have lived in Catahoula Parish all my life where I was a welder by trade. I am a Charter Member of Jonesville Lions Club, a Board Member of Sandy Lake Water System and a member of Sandy Lake Pentecostal Church. I’ve been a member of Concordia Electric for 54 years and served on the Board of Directors since 1987, holding the position of Vice-President until recently, when I was appointed to serve on the Louisiana Rural Electric Association. I have been a Credentialed Certified Director since 1988.

Howard Hardie, I reside at 782 Patton Church Road, Jonesville, LA with my wife Ilene. We have raised four children and now have four grandchildren. I have served on the Concordia Electric Board sice 1995 and received my Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate in 1998. I am an oil field contractor and I also serve on the Sandy Lake Water System Board. I am a member of Catahoula Cattlemen’s Association and serve as a deacon at First Baptist Church in Jonesville.

David Wade, I live at 1654 Hwy 565, Jonesville, La with my wife Sharon. We have three children, and two grandchildren and I am co-owner of D & J Sales in Wildsville. I have been a resident of Concordia Parish all my life and a member of Concordia Electric for 36 years. I was appointed to the Board of Directors in May 2004 and elected in April 2005 to continue serving. I am attending courses in order to receive my Credentialed Cooperative Certificate from NRECA.
