Democrat; born July 26, 1940 in Eunice, Louisiana; graduate of Eunice High School; attended McNeese State University; Member, Parochial School Board (1976-1983); selected Outstanding Young Farmer by the Eunice Jaycee's (1975); Member, Chamber of Commerce; Charter Member, Eunice Right to Life Group; Catholic. Member, Louisiana House of Representatives (1983-1995); married (Celine), 4 children. Assumed Commissionership November 10, 1995; current term ends December 31, 2010.

Democrat; born January 6, 1947 in Shreveport, Louisiana; graduated from Bossier High School and Northwestern State University; attended Louisiana State University. School teacher and Agricultural Products Salesman (1972-1975); owner and operator of Campbell Insurance Agency, Inc. (1976-present) and Premier Insurance Agency, Inc., both in Bossier City. Member, Louisiana State Senate (1976-2002). Lives and raises cattle at Elm Grove in south Bossier Parish; six children. Assumed Commissionership January 1, 2003; current term ends December 31, 2008.
